Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once I receive and check the item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• To start a return, please contact me by email at 📧 info@ladybutterfly.ch with your order number, so that I can register your return and expect your parcel.

Claims

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at 📧 info@ladybutterfly.ch including your order number and photos of the issue.

• If the claim is accepted, I will cover the return shipping costs.
• You can choose either a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
